After running in Strood for the last 10 years, in June 2023 DLJ took our club to the next level with our own BRAND NEW FACILITY with SPRUNG FLOOR, FULL EQUIPMENT SETUP in our own beautiful large unit in Victory Pier, Gillingham!

DLJ Gym 4 All Gymnastics Sessions - Ages 4+
Our Gym 4 All gymnastics sessions are split into age/ability groups to ensure that we can offer tailored, challenging programmes to meet the needs of each age group:

Within our sessions children are divided into small groups with their own dedicated coach or coaches.
Our team plan exciting sessions each week which follow a theme or skill set to be developed.
We use our own DLJ Gym Star Award Scheme as a base to develop our programme and this allows us to update parents on their child’s development - we work on awards once a term and this gives children the chance to demonstrate the skills they have learned in class and achieve certificates and medals!
Our friendly team of highly qualified and experienced coaches are always happy to answer questions and chat through progress at any time.
We ensure that our sessions are progressive but FUN at all times - and we support our members to progress at a pace with which they feel comfortable with plenty of encouragement.

DLJ Floor and Vault Squad
Our award winning DLJ Floor and Vault Squad compete across Kent and the South East, boasting a number of Kent and South East regional champions!
Our DLJ Squad is separated into several groups relating to ability, age and competitive experience:
NOVICE
INTERMEDIATE
ADVANCED +
MINIS (our squad ‘prep’ group for little ones!)
We are constantly on the lookout for new members to join squad and are always looking for talented and dedicated gymnasts in our Gym 4 All sessions to invite to trial for a squad group - your child’s coach will be in touch with you directly should they feel that your child would benefit from being involved with one of our squad groups as they are invitation only.
If your child would like to join DLJ from another squad group, or perhaps they have competed in the past or shown particular talent within gymnastics, please contact us via the below link - your child will need previous competitive gymnastics experience or an appropriate level of gymnastics experience.
